An innovative project aimed to the promotion of integral management systems applied to the quality, the environment and the prevention of work risks.

The project is promoted by business organisations and trade unions (CECOT, CIESC, UGT and CCOO), transnational partners: SFS (Germany) and ITS (Netherlands), and the Consell Comarcal in the frame of the Second Action Plan of the Employment Pact in the region of Vallès Occidental 2000-2003.

The small and medium sized enterprises of the region will benefit during two years of an exhaustive program at the service of the entrepreneurs and their workforce, which intends to find new dynamisation formula for the management and work organisation systems.

In the frame of a social and economical environment in ongoing transformation, and from the present needs of the production work, we promote an action plan that watches over the procedures that must guarantee the quality, the environmental protection, the prevention of work risks and the promotion of health at the workplace.

Through social dialog we promote proactive actions based on the motivation, participation and training of the enterprises and workforce of the territory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
     
     
 
An integral management system for the quality, the environment and work risk prevention for small and medium sized enterprises.
Assessment offices aimed to the needs detection and action planning adapted to the enterprises.
 
 
Awareness and information actions.
Database of the laboral accidents statistics in Vallès Occidental.
 
Upper-and-medium-level training in work risk prevention, training of technicians in integral management systems, basic training and training at the workplace.
In situ assessment about the management and implementation of systems for the improvement of the quality, the environment and/or the work risks.
 
 
Work risk prevention manual.
Best practices guide on the issues of quality, environment and/or work risks.
 
Information lectures and courses, as well as experience exchange.

 

 
     
Promotion group

A team of technicians in work risk prevention, quality and environment will assess in situ 300 enterprises in order to establish the needs of the small and medium sized ones in the three fields.
